Paleo Challenge Competitors

We still need to take post measurements and weights for 14 competitors. Please come in ASAP or else you will miss out on your chance to win some amazing prizes.

WARM-UP

12 Sets of:
100 Meter Sprints (20-30 second rest between sets)

WOD

Four sets not for time of:
Deadlift x 3-5 reps (Sumo or Conventional. Athletes pick)
Rest as 2 minutes
Tall Box Jumps x 4-6 reps (Step down after every jump/rep)
Rest 3 minutes
