Paleo Challenge Competitors

We still need to take post measurements and weights for 14 competitors. Please come in ASAP or else you will miss out on your chance to win some amazing prizes. We will close taking measurements and the weigh in’s by Friday of this week.

WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
4 Rounds of
8 Air squats
8 Pass throughs
8 Sit-ups

WOD

3 Sets for times of
10 Front squats (Athletes choose weight)
15 Push ups
Rest 2 minutes
