Hafa Adai 5K

WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
4 Rounds of
5 Air Squats
6 Spidermans
7 Straight legged sit-ups

WOD

5 Sets not for time of

1 – 3 reps of Back Squat
Rest as needed
3-5 reps each arm of Turkish Get-ups
Rest as needed

*GO HEAVY, be safe & have a spotter. You can’t get any better unless you step a little bit out of your comfort zone.
