400 Meter run
Then

5 inch worm push ups
5 Air Squats
5 Knee Jumps

WOD

Four sets not for time of:
Push Press x 6-8 reps
Rest as needed
Ring Rows x 8-10 reps
Rest as needed
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps H.A.P
Rest as needed

*H.A.P – Heavy as possible.
