WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
5 Rounds of
5 Wall balls
5 Knee Jumps

WOD

“Chelsea”

30 Minute EMOM of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push ups
15 Air Squats

If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete. If the 5-10-15 are to easy add 1 rep to each movement to make it more exciting. Crossfit.com has seen 3+ and even 4+ reps added on the each movement.
