Great work everyone! The classes have been a tad bit big, but always manageable:)
For today’s WOD, find a weight that is tough. the rep scheme is 21-15-9 and if you end up doing the WOD no problem at a certain weight under Rx, then you obviously need to increase the weight significantly. You must be asking, “But Why?? I am so comfortable here!” Well, the answer to that is in order to increase our cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, we must continue to challenge ourselves in the movements that we attempt. So, when attempting this WOD, keep this in mind 🙂
