5 Toes 2 bar/10 straight legged sit-ups

WOD

3 sets of:
3 -5 reps of Front Squat
Rest as needed
10 reps of Weighted Hip Bridges
Rest as needed
Double-Under Practice x 2 minute
Rest as needed
