ATTENTION MEMBERS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
6 Spidermans
7 PVC pass throughs
8 Inch worm push ups

WOD

20 Minute EMOM of
5 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
3 Burpees
As Quickly As Possible, rest for the rest of the minute.
