Every minute on the minute for 20 Minutes perform:

Odd minutes – 10 Burpees
Even minutes – 10 Toes 2 bar

*Burpees: If 10 reps is to easy for you bump up the rep to 11 then 12 and so on. Make these challenging test yourself, but if 10 reps is challenging enough then just keep it at 10. If they are to hard bump the reps down to 9 then 8 and stop there.
* T2B scales: 10 T2B attempts/ 15 Knees 2 elbows/ 15 Knees 2 elbow attempts/ 20 V-ups/ 20 Sit-ups

Escape from managaha” Swimmers

Practice some swimming for the fundraiser saturday. Work on your stroke, pace, breathing and anything you can think of. Its going to be a fun!!
