400 Meter run

WOD

Three sets of:
8 – 10 Back Squats
Rest as needed
6 – 8 Pull-Ups (Work on strict, kipping, butterfly or chest 2 bars. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE)
Rest as needed
30-45 second plank hold
Rest as needed
