ATTENTION MEMBERS

WARM-UP

2 Rounds of
200 Meter Run
15 Air Squats
10 Push ups
5 Pull-ups

WOD

Four sets of:
6-8 Shoulder press
Rest as needed
6 – 8 Romanian Deadlift (AKA straight-legged deadlift)
Rest as needed
15 – 20 Partnered Leg Tosses
Rest as needed
