ATTENTION MEMBERS

THE BOX WILL ONLY BE OPEN FOR 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES IN OBSERVANCE OF MEMORIAL DAY.

In observance of Memorial Day we will pay tribute to all the fallen soldiers by performing the WOD
“Murph”

For Time:
1 Mile run (8 Laps around the gym)
100 Pull-ups
200 Push ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile run (8 Laps around the gym)

* You may partition the pull-ups, push ups and air squats anyway you like, but the WOD has to start and end with a 1 mile run.
