  1. We will be taking a survey today if you guys would like to do Yoga this saturday (June 1st) with Lauren Carter. It will be 90 minutes long and $5/ person.
  2. On-ramp Classes will begin next week Monday – June 3, 2013 at 7:15 PM. Please let any interested People know.

Handstand Walk x 15-20 meters

Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Split Jerk.

C.
For time:
100 Double-Unders
50 Handstand Push-Ups
40 Toes to Bar
30 Shoulder to Overhead (185/135 lbs)
