Are you feeling Chipper?! You better say yes. Aight heres the WOD.

WOD:
50-40-30-20-10 Reps For Time of

Double Unders (x3 for Singles)
Sit-Ups
Wall Balls

To the best of your abilities I want you to go unbroken in your Double Unders/ Singles.

I know some of you are going to look at this WOD and decide if you’re going to show up or not tomorrow…this is what I (Joey) think you should do SHOW UP! DO THE WORKOUT! NO MORE EXCUSES! see you tomorrow. OUUSSS 🙂
