There will only be a 7:00 AM YOGA class tomorrow members. No 7:30 or 10:00 AM class…Sorry.

The Yoga Class will cost $5.00/person so please bring it the day of class.

We apologize in advance that our facility is not as nice as most yoga facilities, but you will still get a good workout.

On-ramp Classes will begin next week Monday – June 3, 2013 at 7:15 PM. Please let any interested People know.

WOD

A.
Four sets of:
Shoulder Press x 4-6 reps @ 2011
Rest 90 seconds
Good Mornings (with barbell) x 6-8 reps @ 3011
Rest 90 seconds

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
95/65 lb. Push Press x 10 reps
Pull-ups x 10 reps

Rest 4 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
32/24 kg Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps
Hand-Release Push-Ups x 10 reps

Extra Credit

A.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy snatch.

B.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk

C.

Front Squat x 2 reps
Rest as needed
