Skill: Second “Pull” Of The Power Clean…

WOD: 5 min AMRAP:

15 Double Unders
10 Wall Ball Situps
3 Wall Climbs

Rest 1 min… Repeat for a total of 3 rounds

*The goal here is to blast for a full 5 minutes, then utilize the entire minute of rest to recharge for the next 5 minutes. Do your best towards keeping your rounds consistent throughout the 3 rounds. LETS DO THIS!!
