ATTENTION MEMBERS

POST LENT PALEO CHALLENGE PARTY

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
10 Jump rope singles
10 PVC push press
10 Overhead Squats w/ PVC

WOD

4 Rounds for time of
8 Deadlifts
10 Push jerks
20 Double unders (60 singles)

*Deadlift weight will be dictated by your push jerk weight. 135/95 # would be a good weight to judge off.
