400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
10 Toes to bar
10 Shoulder pass throughs
10 Spidermans

WOD

4 sets not for time of:
Front Squat x 8-10 reps
Rest as needed
Ring Rows x 10-12 reps
Rest as needed
Plank from Elbows x 45 seconds
Rest as needed

*2 minutes max rest, 1 minute minimum. Rest means rest.
**Score = Front Squat weight
