5 Sets of
200 Meter sprints

*Build up speed thru your sets. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute.

WOD

3 sets for times of:
Push Press x 10 reps
Box Jump Overs x 20 reps
Run 400 Meters

Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
