YOGA with Lauren Carter has been added to the Saturday Schedule. It will be at 8:30 – 10 AM starting this Saturday. It is $5.00/ person. You do not need to be a member of the gym to come and do Yoga, but you will need to pay the fee before we start the class.
Partners alternate whole rounds for time and complete four rounds each of:
Kettlebell or Dumbbell Single-Arm Push Press x 5 reps each arm
Goblet Squats x 10 reps
Run 300 Meters
(Partner A completes Single-Arm Press x 10 total reps, Goblet Squats x 10 reps, and a 300 meter run while Partner B rests; Partner B starts on the push press as soon as Partner A completes the 300 meter run.)

CHOOSE ONE OR TWO FROM BELOW
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy snatch.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 1 rep
Rest as needed
Build over the course of the five sets to a “heavy” (for today) single.
