400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
5 Air Squats
5 Knees to elbow
5 inch worm push ups

WOD

In teams of two, with only one person working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

200 Meter Run
10 Burpees
10 Air squats

*Motivate and help you teammate
