YOGA with Lauren Carter TODAY (Saturday)!!!! and every Saturday from now on…unless something comes up. It will be at 8:30 – 10 AM. It is $5.00/ person. You do not need to be a member of the gym to come and do Yoga, but you will need to pay the fee before we start the class.

There will still be classes at 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM as the regular schedule says.

WOD

In teams of two, complete:
70 Pull-Ups
100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (heavy, swap weights as often as needed)
70 Wall Ball Shots
100 Meter Farmer’s Carry
70 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20″)
100 Meter Farmer’s Carry

(Team members must use the same Dumbbell for the farmers carry.)

*ALL EXTRA CREDIT IS OPTIONAL*

CHOOSE ONE OR TWO FROM BELOW

Extra Credit

A.
Three sets for times of:
2 Rope Climbs (15′)
4 Bar Muscle-Ups
8 Handstand Push-Ups to a 6″/4″ Deficit
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
185/125 lb Power Clean x 4 reps
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 8 reps

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
135/95 lb Snatch x 5 reps
Burpees x 10 reps

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .

D.
For time:
Row 1000 Meters
