200 Meter run
10 x push ups
10 x sit ups
10 x squats
10 x lunges

WOD

Three sets of:
Back Squat x 8-10 reps
Rest as needed
Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps
Rest as needed
Partnered Leg Tosses x 15-20 reps
Rest as needed
