3 Jumping air squats

WOD

4 sets not for time of:
Dumbbell or Barbell Bench Press x 8-10 reps
Rest as needed
Supine Ring Rows x 8-10 reps as needed
Rest as needed
Hip Bridge x 8-10 reps
Rest as needed
