400 Meter Run
Then
3 rounds of
10 Banded good mornings
8 Spidermans
6 Slow air squats (3 seconds down/ 3 seconds up)

WOD

5 Sets of
2 Sumo deadlifts (Heavy as possible)

Then

3 rounds of

10 Dimmel Deadlifts
20 Banded goodmornings
30 Straight legged sit-ups
