WOD

4 sets not for time of:
2 – 3 Back Squats (Heavy, Have a spotter)
Rest as needed
3 – 5 Sumo-Deadlifts (Reset for each rep, no touch and go)
Rest as needed
10 – 15 Straight-legged sit-ups
Rest as needed
