Attention ladies and gents we will only have regular class at 7:30 AM today. We will still have yoga from 8:30 – 10 AM, but 10 AM class will be the fire fighting competition participants practice. We apologize for the inconvenience.

WOD

In teams of three, with only one partner working at a time, complete the following as quickly as possible:
100 Burpees
150 Kettlebell Swings
200 Anchored Sit-Ups
250 Air Squats
1800 Meter Relay Run
