ATTENTION MEMBERS

THE 7:30 AM CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. WE STILL HAVE THE 6 AM / 5:15 PM / 6:15 PM (MONDAY – FRIDAY) & 7:30 AM (SATURDAY) CLASSES YOU CAN ATTEND.

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
10 Minute EMOM
5 Burpees
5 Toes 2 bar/ Straight legged sit-ups

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
14 Wall Ball Shots
100 Meter Run

*Score = Rounds, reps and med ball weight
