ATTENTION MEMBERS

THE 7:30 AM CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. WE STILL HAVE THE 6 AM / 5:15 PM / 6:15 PM (MONDAY – FRIDAY) & 7:30 AM (SATURDAY) CLASSES YOU CAN ATTEND.

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
10 Air Squats
10 Push ups
10 Pull-ups

*No bands for pull-ups. Pull-ups can be done strict/kipping/butterfly/ ring row. Practice what you suck at stop using that band as a crutch to get your chin over the bar.

WOD

3 sets not for time of:
6 – 8 Deadlifts
Rest as  needed
8-10 Dumbbell/barbell Shoulder Press
Rest as needed
Plank from Elbows x 45-60 seconds
Rest as needed
