GREAT WORK EVERYONE!! That was definitely a hard WOD, way to start the week off with a BANG!!

WOD: 20 min AMRAP:

10 Sit Ups
15 Air Squats

Ive heard that Chocolate Milk is a legitimate substitue for a protein shake POST WOD meaning RIGHT AFTER YOU HIT A WOD due to the carbohydrate to protein ratio that CHOCOLATE MILK has. Honestly, Chocolate milk is the S***. Im sorry for those who do not like CHOCOLATE MILK. Your definitely missing out in life… JOKING!! DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOKES! :D:D
