WOD: Thursday FUN RUN
Wednesday’s WOD was definitely one for the books! If you have an empty notebook lying around your house lets use it! its always good to track down your WODS through out the week to determin* your progress over time.
What I usually do is write down whatever I end up doing through out that day. I also try to include as much detail as possible. Esp.how you feel during a specific WOD, include how the weight felt, how the movement felt, etc. Check out a sample from my note book below…
