WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
4 Rounds of
8 Push ups
8 Sit-ups
8 Jumping Air Squats

WOD

4 sets not for time of:
6-8 Front Squats
Rest as needed
6-8 Bent over rows
Rest as needed
Double-Under Practice x 45-60 seconds
Rest as needed
