THE JUNE ON-RAMP CLASS WILL START TONIGHT AT 7:15 PM. ANY INTERESTED PEOPLE PLEASE SHOW UP 5 – 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS STARTS TO SIGN THE WAIVER.

4 Sets of:
4-6 Reps of overhead squats
90 Second rest
20 Reps of weighted sit-ups (use Dumbbells to hold your feet down)

B.
For Time:
100 Double unders (200 Singles)
80 Sit-ups
60 Push ups
40 Wall balls (20/14 #)
