Tabata of:

Wall Sits
Plank hold

*20 seconds of work. 10 seconds of rest.

WOD

5 Minute EMOM of:

5 Power cleans (Athlete picks weight, must be touch & go power cleans)

5 Minute EMOM of:

3 Power cleans (Athlete must increase weight by 10lbs or higher, must be touch & go power cleans)

5 Minute EMOM of:

1 Power clean (Athlete must increase weight by 10lbs or higher again)
