WOD: 3×5 Front Squats
You will add 5lbs to your last weeks 3×5 front squat weight. For example, if i front squatted 100lbs last week I would front squat 105lbs this week.
Tabata (8 Rds of 20s of work & 10s of rest) of bottom to bottom squats. Below is a clip of how the bottom to bottom squats look like.
