MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
5 Air Squats
5 Shoulder pass throughs
5 Sit-ups

WOD

Muscle clean 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Clean 5-5-5-5-5 reps

*Focus on Technique today. Rest between sets. When it says ’1-1-1-1-1′ that means 5 sets of 1 rep of Muscle Cleans.
