MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
4 PVC Overhead Squats
4 Shoulder pass throughs
4 PVC snatch grip presses

*They can be done muscle, power or full squat.
