DUE TO 4 OF OUR COACHES COMPETING AT THE 2014 MICRONESIAN GAMES IN POHNPEI.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
4 Burpees
5 Ball Slams
6 Jumping Air Squats

WOD

For time:
3-minute handstand hold (3 Min Plank hold sub)
100 squats
15o feet handstand walk (150 feet bear crawl sub)
100 squats
30 handstand push-ups (30 Burpee sub)

* Perform handstand hold against a wall (with only the feet touching) and accumulate at total of 3 minutes before moving on to the squats.
