400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
5 Burpees
5 Sit-ups
5 Jumping Pull-ups

WOD

Five sets of:
Back Squat x 10 reps
Rest as needed
Heavy Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps
Rest as needed
Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 10 reps
Rest 2 minutes
