!!!! ATTENTION !!!!

Interested Men, Women and Teenagers/ Future members our On-ramp/Beginners Class will start next week Monday ( July 29, 2013 ) at 6:15 PM. Please show up 5-10 Minutes early to fill out a waiver form.

WOD

Every 6 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes (5 sets), complete the following for time:
Run 400 Meters
25 Wall Ball Shots

If you want a challenge, I encourage males to try a 25 lb wall ball, and ladies use a 20-14 lb wall ball hitting a 10 ft target.
