MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
6 Rounds of
4 Spidermans
4 Inchworm push ups
4 Jumping Air Squats

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Hang power cleans (185/ 155 #)
6 Strict ring dips
9 Box jumps (30″/24″)
27 Double-unders (80 Singles)
