MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
5 Toes 2 bar
5 Wall balls

WOD

Back squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

*Rest between sets. Go as heavy as you can or stay at a good heavy weight. make sure you have a spotter.
