DUE TO 4 OF OUR COACHES COMPETING AT THE 2014 MICRONESIAN GAMES IN POHNPEI.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:30 AM CLASS

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
4 Rounds of
10 Squats
10 Spidermans
10 Push ups

WOD

Max reps shoulder press, 135 lb.
Max reps L-pull-up
Max reps shoulder press, 115 lb.
Max reps strict pull-up
Max reps shoulder press, 95 lb.
Max reps chest-to-bar pull-up
Max reps shoulder press, 65 lb.
Max reps pull-up

*As soon as you can’t press anymore or come off the pull-up bar the set is over. Bring a piece of paper so you can record your numbers.
