MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:00 AM (Show-up time) | 7:30 AM (Start time)

400 Meter Run
Then
3 Rounds of
8 Overhead Squats
6 PVC Sots press
4 Shoulder pass throughs

WOD

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

*Focus on technique, but if your technique is solid go Heavy as possible.
