DUE TO 4 OF OUR COACHES STILL AWAY AT THE 2014 MICRONESIAN GAMES IN POHNPEI.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:00 AM (Show-up time) | 7:30 AM (Start time)

WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
4 Rounds of
5 Burpees
6 Walking lunges
20 Singles

WOD

3 Rounds For Time:
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders
300 Meter Run (If it rains, we’ll do 30 Ft of walking lunges)
