SKILL: Front Squat & Push Press

SWOD:
3×5 Front Squats
3×5 Push Press

Note:
For these 2 lifts we just want you guys and gals to work on technique and form. We know most of you are still amateurs at lifting so that is why we are working on your technique and form. You will get 3 sets to warm up(Front squat & Push press) then pick a challenging weight which you will hit for your 3×5(3 sets of 5 reps). Rest between sets should be kept to 1-2 min.

WOD:
20 Wall Climbs
40 Sit Ups
60 Burpees
80 Double Unders
