MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY – 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

TUESDAY & THURSDAY – 6 AM , 5:15 & 6:15 PM CLASSES

SATURDAY – 7:00 AM (Show-up time) | 7:30 AM (Start time)

400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
5 Inch worm push ups
5 Jumping Air squats
5 Toes 2 bar

WOD

9 Minute AMRAP of:
25 Sit-ups
50-foot Bear Crawl
50-foot overhead walking lunge (45/ 35# plate)
