WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
5 Rounds of
5 Good mornings (no bar or band)
5 Jumping Air Squats
5 Push ups

WOD

10 — 1-minute rounds of:
3 Deadlifts (315/ 225#)
60-yard shuttle sprint (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)
Max reps burpee

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
