WARM-UP

400 Meter Run
Then
6 Rounds of
3 Inch worm pushups
3 Broad jumps
30 Singles/ jump rope

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 walking lunge steps with plate overhead
15 Sit-ups
15 Weighted hip/ Glute Bridges
5 muscle-ups (5 Pull-ups + 5 Dips Sub)
