WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
3 Rounds of
“Cindy”

*Get your barbell ready and do some sumo deadlifts while you warm-up

WOD

Sumo deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

*These reps can be either touch and go or reset after each rep for 1 set. Be sure to rest between sets. GO HEAVY!!!!
